problem solved

Dialled AirAsia's customer care number (for the 20th time) and left the phone on speaker mode.

Please be reminded that your conversation may be recorded for training purposes so that we can improve to serve you better. (Maybe this is from McDonalds. I got mixed up.)

All our sales agents still busy due to overwhelming response from our promotion! We'll be with you shortly.

Haha.. just wanted let you guys know what you will hear when you have called them too many times and failed to get to their busy busy sales agent.

So about the itinerary problem. After 20 minutes of listening to the same waiting tone, a lady finally picked up and say hello! (about 20 minutes because I left the phone and went to do some filing and training room set ups etc etc)


I told her about the problem and she said, "Oh your colleague's name is too long! But it is OK, it is just one letter short."


Oh just like that huh...
