Left.Right.Left.Right.Left.Right.
...left...right...left...right...
If you stare at it long enough, your head will also go left... right... left... right...
Cute, right?!! Solar powered too! :D
The remaining days of the week have been forecasted as hectic. I need more inspiration.

shocker
It was cold outside. The train arrived and everyone rushed in. It was cold inside too. And there I stood, holding on to the freezing stainless steel pole lest I get thrown off. I looked dreamily outside. Watching the greens and the blue sky and the morning sun. Pretty pretty. How I wish I was in bed.
This is usually the time when you think about your cosy bed the most. The softness of the pillow. The warm and tender comforter lovingly blanketing you.
I continued starring dreamily outside. Past the advertorial scoop of yoghurt ice cream smacked right in the middle of the window (Baskin Robbins, btw). I silently wished the few seated passengers pretending to sleep in front of me would get off the next station.
Evil thoughts aside, it was a pretty pleasant morning... I was even looking at an old lady and was wondering what she was thinking about. She's probably thinking about how convenient it is to have trains nowadays. And quick ones too. Bringing young people to work and back. They didn't have these last time. They walked! How our country have progressed over the years...and then WHAM! WTH!!
A drop of ice cold water which was the product of condensation stuck at the air conditioning vent have decided to get unstuck and fall right onto my neck and continue rolling down till it was absorbed by my shirt. Craps!
From that moment on, I couldn't think of anything pleasant. Yeah, wonderful trains, eh? Can't even maintain the air conditioner!!
-_-

In The Name Of Wisdom
It is Sunday night and am waiting for the weekly series Ghost on 8TV. I must say I am actually liking this show! A pretty good story but most probably used in numerous Singaporean dramas (both Chinese and English) a decade ago. Filming style is pretty refreshing too. I don't know all the jargons here but somehow it is new. A good step forward! They didn't forget to make it really Malaysian. Manglish, the -lahs, datins etc, all included. Only thing is, they can't decide when Zack Imran(Nazrudin Rahman), the titular role, can or cannot touch things. Sometimes he can go through doors and can't seem to pick up a glass of water but sometimes he could. Anyways, it's on!
*note - loved the opening soundtrack too!
Advert time. Alamak. My wisdom teeth are coming out. Two are already poking their noses out and another two are making their presence felt. So itchy-butted me went to see the dentist. I have this very naive thought of removing all four because they are sometimes painful and I just feel like getting them over and done with.
I'm lucky I had a conversation with my housemate first or the dentist will be having an absolutely fun day laughing at me. "Good morning dentist! Oh, today I want to remove all my wisdom teeth!"
It seems that a wisdom tooth needs surgery to be removed and one would need X-ray first too. Wow. And then I thought, why not remove the one next to the wisdom tooth? To this, my housemate said, "Maybe".
So I went to the dentist hoping to get some sort of solution to this irritation. I waited 20 minutes for my turn (thank God my dad made an appointment for me) but I was only granted 2 minutes on the precious dental chair.
"Ah, let me see. Oh, so this one and this one coming out. Not a problem, not a problem. If you wanna remove, need surgery. But if it is not too painful, let it grow out."
Oh. Just like that? And then he asked me if I have allergies and prescribed some antibiotics and pain killers.
"Oh, just like that? Can you clean out my teeth? Maybe do some scaling?"
"No lah. Let me see. Not necessary lah."
I stepped out of the clinic feeling like I have just wasted my 22 minutes. And on top of that, I have to take antibiotics.
My dad dutifully asked, "So how was it?"
"The dentist tak layan me at all!"
Then he made some excuses for the dentist (his old friend) and told me at least we can have fried battered calamari later.

aijoh
In case you were wondering, 'aijoh' is another form of 'aiyoh' which is an expression of... erm... exasperation? Well, making it 'aijoh' adds on the 'feel factor', the stressing of the 'aiyoh-ness' bringing 'aiyoh' to a new height. This is reserved for very intense moments. Let's explore how do we use these everyday expression:
aiya
What it means to me - expressing regret
When it is heard most - when someone forgets to do something causing inconvenience
for eg: - "Aiya! Should have used that route to avoid the jam!"
aiyoh
What it means to me - expressing irritation
When it is heard most - when someone seems blur to you (not necessarily blur)
for eg: - "Aiyoh! How many times must I tell you to clean your room?"
aijoh
What it means to me - expressing exasperation and extreme regret
When it is heard most - when you are rushing to pass up something at 5pm and then something goes wrong at 4.59pm
for eg: - "Spelling errors?! Aijoh!!!!!!!"
hehe... in case you were wondering again, I have nothing interesting to talk about because I've been drowned in work. Well, other than how that guy who acts as the basketball team captain in Kung Fu Dunk looked so, so, so gorgeous. Apart from the fact that Jay Chou fans would have loved him so much more than they already do after the movie, his role in the movie was well played too. But seriously, that captain guy... he just need to look like he has a lot of worries and troubles and like he is very angry and he scores man. So easy, right?
Anyways, I love GSC Pavillion. Very comfy seats. GSC at The Gardens is also the bomb. They only have those premiere seats but it is so worth it. I love how these companies are bringing the whole movie experience to a higher satisfaction level. Also gives the others a run for their money because over CNY, I heard from my friends that Sunway Pyramid's cinema has turned into somewhat like a lecture hall. Hmm... I wonder how true.
By the way, I watched CJ7 in Kluang like it was a must-watch for CNY. Well, let's just say I had a very good long nap in the afternoon and so it prevented me from falling asleep although the furry little alien did help with my attention span once in a while.
Talking about CNY, we had lion dance in the hotel the other day! Very cute and furry! I learned so many things about them this time.
1) Touch the head for luck
2) If the lion spits oranges or vegetable on you, even if it smacks you right in the face, it is GOOD.
3) If the lion knocks over your flower vase and causing water to spill all over your table, it is GOOD.
4) Whatever the lions spits out is GOOD.
5) The louder the noise, the BETTER!
6) The lion has to cover all areas of the building to expel those horrible evil spirits... as in all areas especially areas which brings in most revenue.
7) Take whatever the lions gives out to you and keep it.
I still dunno if I should throw the oranges that I got from the lion... but I suppose they are going to spoil soon. How?!
